Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DocuForge AI, operated by Ailens Profile Technologies ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
"Service" means the DocuForge AI software platform, website, and APIs available at ailensprofile.xyz.
"User" means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
"Content" means any source code, data, or files you provide to the Service.
"Output" means any documentation or content generated by the Service from your Content.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ailensprofile.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. License and Acceptable Use
4.1 License Grant
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes during the term of your subscription.
4.2 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Submit Content that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to develop a competing product or service
- Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
- Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts not belonging to you
- Use automated scrapers, bots, or similar tools against the Service
- Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
- Engage in activity that degrades the performance of the Service for other users
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Content
You retain all ownership rights in the Content you submit. By submitting Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your source code or generated Output.
5.2 Our Service
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and all content created by us, is owned by Ailens Profile Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written permission.
5.3 Output Ownership
Documentation generated by the Service from your Content belongs to you. You are solely responsible for reviewing Output for accuracy before using it in production or sharing it with others.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
6.1 Subscription Plans
The Service is offered on a free tier and paid subscription basis. Paid subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected.
6.2 Payment
All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method. All fees are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.
6.3 Free Trial
We may offer free trials of paid features at our discretion. At the end of a trial, your account will be downgraded to the free tier unless you provide payment information and activate a subscription.
6.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation, but no refunds will be issued for unused time in the current period, except as described in Section 6.5.
6.5 Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund period from the date of initial payment on new Pro or Team subscriptions. To request a refund, contact support@ailensprofile.xyz within 7 days of your first charge. We reserve the right to deny refund requests where we reasonably believe the Service has been misused. Renewals are non-refundable.
6.6 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' written notice. Price changes take effect on your next billing cycle after the notice period.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will endeavor to provide advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond what is described in our published SLA (available to Team plan subscribers).
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that generated documentation is accurate, complete, or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing all Output before use.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AILENS PROFILE TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ailens Profile Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your documentation before account closure. We reserve the right to delete your account data 30 days after termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country may apply.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ailens Profile Technologies regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
