When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store raw card numbers). We also collect information you provide directly, such as profile settings and communication preferences.
1.2 Repository Access
To generate documentation, you authorize DocuForge AI to access your GitHub repositories via OAuth. We access your code only during the analysis process and do not retain or store raw source code on our servers. We store only the documentation output we generate on your behalf.
1.3 Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you use the Service, including pages viewed, features used, click patterns, error logs, and performance metrics. This is used to improve the product and diagnose issues.
1.4 Device and Technical Data
We collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and referring URLs. This information helps us deliver the Service securely and detect fraud.
1.5 Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (e.g., Plausible or similar privacy-first tools) to understand aggregate usage. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without affecting core functionality.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the DocuForge AI service
- Process payments and manage subscriptions

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your source code or generated documentation to train AI models.

These providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the purpose of delivering services to us.

3.3 Business Transfers

Generated documentation is deleted immediately upon account deletion unless you have exported it.

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no internet transmission is completely secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and report any suspected security issues to support@ailensprofile.xyz.
